Case Study - Ashman's Hope
Challenge: Laurence Construction needed a complete marketing package to promote its first development, a Smart Growth-inspired neighborhood in an historic part of Baltimore City.
Solution: Millennium chose to use a more artistic and elegant design to reflect the stylish and graceful architectural elements within the homes. A mill house, the signature element of the area, was featured in the logo to signify the new neighborhood’s recognition and respect of the historic roots of the community. Warm, earthy colors echoed Smart Growth’s emphasis on eco-friendliness and environmental awareness. These thoughtful and significant elements were carried into all marketing collateral, from stationery to print ads to the beautiful and informative website, building a clear and strong brand for a unique and charming community.
