Case Study - Hendersen-Webb
Challenge: Hendersen-Webb wanted a website that was easy to navigate by prospective tenants and easily updatable by management. The site needed to let clients see the full
portfolio of managed properties throughout the region.
Solution: By designing a consistent user navigation and programming a strong infrastructure of various levels of data, we met all of the client’s expectations.
The website has a complete administrative section which allows Hendersen-Webb employees to easily update rental rates and property square footage information as well as a section that enables them to run specials on specific apartments and models. The programming also allows for rent to be changed by property or by the complete portfolio as well as by a fixed dollar amount or a percentage.
We additionally programmed a search function with several fields for prospective tenants to find the apartment that is right for them as well as tools for current tenants such as non-emergency maintenance requests.
Each apartment has a detailed section of information; everything from square footage, rent amounts, directions, printable brochures, friend referral, direct contact with the community’s leasing office, plus much more.
